Terms and Conditions

General:  The following terms and conditions outline [Just say cheeeez/ its 360.com] responsibilities (herein also referred to as Company) and the customer/client's responsibilities. The Company agrees to provide services at the location indicated. Company owns all picture and video rights and may use them for commercial and advertising material.

The Venue: The Company will arrive 60 minutes prior to the agreed upon time for setup. Company requires a space of 15 X15 feet. 20-amp outlets will be required to power Company's equipment. In the event of rain or poor weather shelter is to be provided by the client/venue. Company is not liable for any temporary interruption of service due to inadequate AC power or weather conditions. The Kolbie Selfie Kiosk is a drop off booth, no attendant, the client will be responsible for the upkeep of the booth. any damage to booth will be added to invoice up $1000.00.

Safety: Company reserves the right to deny any guest access to any equipment of supplies owned by the Company. Company is not liable for any injuries or damages caused to the client or client's guests, Any damages or theft occurring to any equipment owned or leased by the Company because of negligent acts of the client or the clients' guests will result in the client being held responsible to pay the damages or lost items. Damages may include but not limited to alcohol spilled on equipment, kicking or knocking over equipment, or theft of any equipment. Company will notify the client immediately upon discovery of an accident or loss. The client will ensure a safe working environment for the Company to operate in. The company reserves the right to terminate the event if any lewd or illegal acts are happening, with no refund given.

Payment Terms and Contact Cancellations: Company accepts payment in the form of debit/credit card, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle. A RETAINER in the amount designated on the package conditions will be required to lock in and hold the date for you. You the client do hereby agree to the total contract amount for the entertainment services provided by the Company. Written cancellation of this agreement by the client withing 60 days of the event will result in a full refund paid by the client minus the retainer. The agreement to preform by the Company is subject to accidents, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate condition beyond their control. In the event of overtime, each hour of overtime will be billed at the quoted rate. By signing our signatures below, both parties (Company and Client) agree to these contract terms and conditions.
